With over 30 years of experience in sports instruction, my career took a pivotal turn in 2009 during my first 200-hour Yoga training and a journey to India.This experience merged my interest in spirituality, meditation, and an awareness of my lifestyle habits.

My stays in India allowed me to explore Hindu culture and the foundations of Yoga, a science often misunderstood in the West.

I humbly transmit this discipline, combining breath, focus, and strength to gently push boundaries with kindness.

Perceiving the breath that underlies each movement, observing sequences as a story with its own musicality and content, bodywork has always fascinated me.

My teaching today is nourished by my background as a dancer and my very first training as a yoga teacher up to the latest one that combines integral yoga and Ayurveda.

Today, I offer gentle and dynamic yoga flow classes, yin-yang yoga sessions, and integral yoga in harmony with the rhythms of the seasons and the Ayurvedic perspective, which means knowledge of the living.

I’m Rajam Mulkar, a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, pranayama & meditation facilitator, and Reiki master. With a background in Biotechnology, I blend science with ancient yogic wisdom to promote mind-body harmony.


My journey began with a desire to explore the connections between physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth. Through transformative experiences, I now share healing practices like sound therapy, breathwork, and Reiki, helping others cultivate inner peace and balance.


In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, nurturing plants, brewing kombucha, and spending time with my cat, Garfield. These peaceful moments inspire my dedication to wellness.

My mission is to assist others to be happier and overcome trauma, stress, anxiety, phobias and depression by providing guidance and tools for people to inspire their self healing.

In my personally designed program I combine the power of the 4 main elements earth, water, air and inner fire in activities that are focused on mindfulness, meditation and breathwork and include the ancient arts of QiGong, Yoga, Reiki and Cha Dao, “the way of the tea”. I actively engage and inspire others to reconnect with nature, essentially our inner nature, in a playful way.

My professional experience and education in Occupational Health and Safety is combined with over 30 years as a diving professional, and all the knowledge I have accumulated in more than 40 years of living a healthy active lifestyle that includes surfing, wind sports, sailing, climbing, Tai Chi and martial arts and more.

In 2020 I included the Wim Hof Method into my program and am absolutely convinced of its benefits, and I offer all programs as a certified Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor worldwide, including assisting Wim Hof on occasion at his events.

I firmly believe that all we do to exist, heal and thrive will eternally include the two main elements that enable life on our planet Earth: Water and Oxygen.
